- Orders placed before 2 PM Monday–Friday are aimed to be dispatched the same working day
- Delivery is 1–2 working days to most UK postcodes
- All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with full tracking included
- We deliver to all UK mainland postcodes. We do not currently deliver internationally
- Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery

6. Cancellations and Returns

- Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging
