Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, no reason needed. Email [sales@calivape.co.uk] within this period, quoting your order number.
Returned items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [sales@calivape.co.uk] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened, used, or unsealed (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned more than 14 days after the cancellation notification
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
How to Return an Item
- Email [sales@calivape.co.uk] with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return address and any instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Send via a tracked service, keep proof of postage
- Email us your tracking number so we can monitor the return
